This is my season of miricals we did these at the begining of term two. The setting of my story is in Ontario.
This term we made a power point on the olympics for ELA. We had to write about things in the olympics like the sports and history.
We had to write about the life of an object. I chose to write about the sun because the sun is awesome.
We did power points on the olympics. I did my power point with Travis. We think we did good.
SPELLING EVALUATION
-Look over all the words you have studied so far this year on Spellingcity.com! Answer the following questions about the words on the lists starting with unit one.
1) Which spelling word/words have been the most difficult for you this year? Why do you think they have been so challenging?
Which tools/aids have you used to help you learn how to spell them correctly? piece. It has been so challenging because I put the e befor the I.
2) Do you think you are a strong speller? Why or why not? If not what would help you become a stronger speller?
I am inbetween because some words I can't spell.

I feel pretty disapointed about my Schonell Spelling Test because I got one less mark on my second one than my first one. (Remember though Dawson that a test is just a snapshot of your learning - it doesn't tell the whole story. And any test that tests learning is never exact, never perfect. Without looking at your Shonell results what do you think about your spelling growth? Look over you writing from the beginning of the year to the end... what do you notice, see?)
The strategy that worked best for me was sounding out the words.
My best writing piece was my introduction to my photo essay. I recieved a good mark on it.
I learned the most writing all of the bibliographies because I learnerd how to make them properly.
A Hail Of Arrows was my favourite book. It has what I'm interested in like the wars and the fighting.
I read some paragraphs about bigfoot. I made wordles about is bigfoot real or is it fake. Can you tell
which is which.
D and E is a compare and contrast paragraph. We found out our simmalarites and differences.
How much do you know about the Loch Ness Monster.
